Meet Jessica Ashton, RDN

Hello! I’m Jessica Ashton, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who focuses on helping people feel energized, confident, and happy.  I have a Masters degree in dietetics, with much of my graduate research focused on weight management.  My goal is to help people develop sustainable — and fun! — eating and exercise habits to help them feel the best they can.  I have helped many patients achieve a better life through better nutrition, and I’d love to help you, too!
